Before & After: Bed Side Table

 Has is really been so long since I have blogged? Wow!  Sorry for the poor quality of these first couple of pictures...I guess I was so excited to paint that I didn't check to see that the picture actually came out!

The Before of a charming little side table my mom was nice enough to give me:

Here it is in our bedroom.  Ignore the color of the walls.  Very soon they will be a nice light gray and I will take a picture of the whole room.  I am in love with my lamps!  I have been drooling over them at Lowe's for several months.  They were on clearance last week and I got two lamp bases and two shades for $28!  One base was originally $21.  Steal!!!  My hubby's side of the bed:

And my side, with my ancient clock.  We now are matching, but not too matchy-matchy.  Same color, different pieces.  I love it!  Again...ignore the wall color...Can't wait to change it!
